WOW, where should I start?. We started with the bacon wrapped shrimp. They were really good. For an entree we split the special which was the surf and turf with lobster and fillet Mignon. Okay... seriously... The meat melted in my mouth... I cannot remember the last time I had steak that was that good. That - I was saying wow, OMG, and unbelievable to. Seriously... melted in my mouth. Oh, and they split the plates for us perfectly, and the meat was still cooked to the degree of *done-ness* we requested. MMMM. Oh, yeah, the lobster was very good too. For dessert we shared the Almond Rocha. It was incredibly rich it was great. A perfect sweet end to the meal.
What a fantastic place. What a fantastic place to spend our 29th Anniversary, while visiting our Daughter and her fiance in Tucson. Thanks to Chrissy, the Chef, and our busser!
The service was great. Every person was very pleasant and helpful. The service was great and the food excellent.
Local Feel. I had the bison steak with jalapeño bacon and it was awesome. I also had a cup of the butternut squash soup which was excellent. I liked the local feel of the place and you will see the chef walking around and interacting with the staff.
Very Good. The food was very good and the waiter was very nice and attentive.
enjoy myself immensely at the cork. I always enjoy myself immensely at the cork. It is one of the few places left where the bartenders aren't all female!!
