We loved This Park. This is one of the best MH parks we have found in Tucson area if you want to rent a spot for your RV. Rent is really reasnable, 2 nice pools (1 is closed during the winter months) Beautiful kept, and on site office personnel very nice. Mostly friendly people. Lots of activities. Very close to all shopping. We stayed here for 3 months and will come back again next year.
Mobile Home Parks to stay away from!!!.
CAUTION!!!! If you think you want to live here, make sure your credit is perfect before applying or buying.
Make sure that you get park approval before doing anything else. SIGN NOTHING, especially with Harris Mobile Home Sales, until you get park approval. We just got burned for a bunch of inspection fees and wound up losing the home because we could not get park acceptance based on our credit fitness. We walked into Pima Federal Savings and were good enough to qualify for a mortgage in 15 minutes, but we were not good enough for the park, whose owner, Kim Wilkins, when I talked to her ended the conversation with "we own the park, we make the rules, and we can do what we want." Harris neglected to include that little material fact when they were trying to sleaze us into a $3,000.00 non-refundable deposit. They had already had us pay $245 for an "inspection fee" plus other "fees" and not until we had lost the home did they tell us that they had lost another sale the same week because Ms Wilkins decided that a woman with a $300, 3 year old write off by Direct TV wasn't qualified to live in the park. That fact was relatively significant to be omitted. There are complaints being filed with the State of Arizona and the Federal Government over this transaction.
