Five stars! Just had colonoscopy yesterday. Reception staff helpful, friendly, thorough and professional. Wait time, minimal. Initial screening/appointment done by Nurse Practitioner. Again, helpful, friendly, thorough and professional. After all the info and questions, she sat back, looked at me and said in a sincere and thoughtful tone: Can you think of anything else you'd like to know or ask me? I never felt rushed and I understood what was going to take place. Came home with clear printed instructions on how to prepare. Next appointment, the procedure. Other side of office, different reception staff, who were, again, friendly, helpful, thorough and professional. Minimal wait time. They even warmed the bed to help you relax! Nurses were, you guessed it, friendly, helpful, thorough and professional. Doctor was fast, didn't spend much time with him, but I didn't ask to. I felt fine. Today (next morning) got a phone call from them checking on me. We drove from Sierra Vista, I was concerned about that, but it worked out well and I'd highly recommend them to all. I can't think of anything they could have done better. Results will be available via an automated phone system that I can call in a couple of days
