Worst Dive-Bar In Town. Only good reviews will come from friends of the owners. Watch out. Typical low-end, low-class dive bar with greasy food and well-aged bar hags serving drinks. Stick with bottled beer here, as the C02 mix and ancient tap lines will tear up your stomach. You may even get some nice mold in your beer if you're lucky. Try somewhere else, this place is only for the sad single alchies who have nowhere else to go.

The real Gem of the Nile!. This place is the "Best"! Friendly personnel, great food and drinks and...............very clean! Lunch is fast, get back to work on time. Fish Friday is FFFF........fresh..fabulous fish...fun...funky!!! Come here for a great experience! Good fun!

Good place to eat. 3/19/10: I went here with some friend for the Friday fish fry. The place was very clean and the wait staff were all very friendly. We got there before 5pm and were seated immediately. When we left, there was just a short line. The fish fry dinner came with 3 big pieces of fish, 2 slices of garlic bread and fresh, hot fries. No need for seconds. I would go there again.

Great neighborhood bar. This place is cozy and tucked off of Wilmot Road just south of Grant. I've been going to this place for the past 2 years and have never seen any type of critter problem. This place serves cheap drinks, a great Friday night fish fry, and is the perfect place to chill out for a while by yourself or with friends. The staff is great as well as all the regulars!!

GREAT PLACE TO GO!. I don't know what the other "reviewer" is talking about.

Kappy's is a terrific place for everyone!

It is clean with fresh paint and tile in the restrooms.

The dining room and bar area is always clean.

I have been going there for the last 4 years and I have never seen a crawling creature.

The parking lot just got resurfaced.

The food is tasty and reasonably priced.

I love the Bud sandwiches!

The staff is SUPER friendly to everyone. It feels like home when I am there.

Single people, couples, families all feel welcome at Kappys.

Patrons sitting at the bar are nice, friendly and always willing to talk about the game.

Great place to watch the game, grab a bite or stop in for a drink.

It was just highlighted in a local newspaper for having one of the BEST fish frys (Fri nite) in TUCSON.

And that is why there is a short wait on Fridays to get in.

They have 11 tvs (with one in the back with a couch) to watch all the games, 2 pool tables and a couple video games. A great jukebox and even games like checkers, Mastermind and Rock EM SockEM robot to play.

All in all, one of the best places in Tucson!

worst dive in AZ. The absolute worst place I have ever been. The entire time I was there I wanted to grab my friends, run out the door, and never look back. There were cochroaches all over (mostly on the floor and in the bathroom). If someone knows how to have this place inspected please do so. They would be shut down in a minute if a health inspector ever went in there for a suprise visit.
