Off the Wall just OK. The quality and build of the furniture is somewhat lacking. Also, they show no regard for my time. I had a murphy bed installed by them 6 years ago and the workmanship was excellent. I had the same bed installed in a new home about a month ago and the first time I pulled the bed down for a houseguest, the handles detached from the bed. Also, I noticed that the bed was not aligned in the frame resulting in bad scratches on the outer frame. Off the Wall has agreed to fix the problem but was a no show at their appointed time this morning. I had to call them to set up a new appointment. Also, Off the Wall was a no show for the first installation appointment. I had to call them to set up a new appointment. In general, I've noticed a decline in the quality of their workmanship and a cavalier attitude for keeping their appointments. I do like the styles of the murphy bed they offer, however I will not likely do business with them in the future.
