I appreciate what Steve and Scott did for me. Your Thomas has also been a very responsive salesperson. He did follow up on my visit looking for an E350 - the car I now have.

I whole heartily endorse this dealership. We took the car to Chapman Mercedes and talked to Jeremy. After they looked at it they called and said there was no previous repair done on the tire. Jeremy had the flat fixed for free and replaced a burnt out brake light at no charge. Jeremy was over the top friendly I love how Mercedes Treated me. Mr. Schumaker explained all of the details of my service and went above and beyond taking care of me and my vehicle.
