Tips for Fuddruckers

Build a seriously hefty hamburger at this fast food joint with a diner-like atmosphere.. In Short
Red-shirted, black-bibbed attendants serve grilled burgers made from freshly ground beef, turkey, salmon, and even ostrich sandwiched by buns that are baked in-house daily. Hungry patrons gussy up the meat at a condiment bar stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces, then take a seat at tables topped with a black-and-white checkered tablecloths. Sides of cole slaw, baked beans and wedge-shaped fries complete the picture.

Fast, fun and great. Whenever we want a really good burger this is our number 1 spot. Order your cholesterol, 1/3 pound and up. Always cooked the way we like them, and we can dress them how we want. Fries aren't bad either, but not my fav. Shakes are to die for, and cookies too. It may be the other side of Tucson, but always worth the trip. Catch them off the regular meal times and your food is ready fast with little disturbance in the seating areas by kids.

Below average. We tried Fuddruckers after reading good reviews on Citysearch. We never went back.

Plain and simple, their burger didn't taste good .

Their buns were way too soft and mushy and their burger....nothing to rave about.

We ordered a salad as well, mount of whitehead lettuce--- horrible.

I know it's just a chain restaurant, but it's not good. So much below home-made hamburgers.

Carl's Jr. and In-and-out burger are better than this.

Good but it is a hamburger. The place is usually fairly busy. The hamburger is large but not overwhelming. The toppings bar is the best part, it is difficult to mess up a burger. Although a chain I would say easily number one burger in Tucson and I do get around the atmosphere is interesting and there are way to many children there for my tastes but that is the case at most restaurants. I would easily vote this the number one burger joint in Tucson and I do "get around."

The malts are great, you even get the metal mix can that the malt is mixed in. So while the malt is expensive you get three full glasses from one malt so the cost ratio is more than fair.

I would eat there again but it is expensive for a hamburger. The preparation time is slow for a hamburger meal; however, the staff is very friendly.

Best Hamburgers anywhere. Fuddruckers has some of the best burgers anywhere. You can get it in anysize (1/3, 1/2, 2/3 or 1 pound) you like. You can get it cooked as rare as you like it. They also have a condiment bar where you can put unlimited toppings on your burger. The price is a little high though.

The BEST hamburgers in the world!!!!!!!!!!!. When we returned home from over seas in the military, the VERY FIRST place we headed to was Fuddruckers. They are with out a doubt the BEST burgers on the planet. I think that anyone who thinks they are any less then the best needs to get their taste buds checked. Done perfectly, anyway you want them and then put inside one of their freshly baked buns (we have NEVER tasted better burger buns anywhere else!) you can then head to the fresh condiment bar and put whatever your hearts desire on them.

My kids LOVE the kiddie meals and they always come w/ plenty of french fries.

They should market that honey/mustard sauce too, it's to die for and I always take a little extra home.

Avoid. First, the service is bad. Really bad. Forgotten food, etc....

Burgers are decent - not fantastic, but are tasty.

Expensive. $10-13 for a burger, fries and a coke?

S-L-O-W. Takes an hour and a half to eat lunch there. Not a place to eat lunch if you are on an hour lunch break!

Kids meal? I got one and it had THREE french fries for my daughter. THREE. I asked about it and they said that's what comes with it in a snippy voice.

I do NOT recommend.

Genero Burger. This is a chain. As such it shouldn't be in a local "Best Of". But I digress.

Most folks just sort of mill around after being served. The cheese goop is soupy and the lettuce is what I'd expect at Red Robin.

On the plus side, they seem to pay attention to health inspections.

Great food. Who cares about butter on the bun? What matters is the food you get for your money. This place makes the nest burgers for your buck. I think the last time we ate there, I got a burger that was a full pound after it was cooked. It was huge! I was completely full afterwards. I had no room for desert or anything. If you want to do the Atkins diet, this is the place!
