Great people, great service. I started having my hair done years ago by Anna Marie. She was great at cut and color. She decided to move to the other side of town, but it was too far for me to travel. So, I asked the receptionist to recommend a new stylist for me and she gave me an appointment with Harold. He is even better at cut and color! The entire staff is so friendly. They know what they are doing. I moved to Tempe, and have decided to keep going back to Tucson for my hair appointments. They are THAT good.

Excellent Service, Excellent Cuts, Excellent Color!. I *love* Presidio. I stll refer friends there, even though I moved so far away I can get there myself. Everyone I know who goes there, leaves happy and happily returns. Although Ed was my main man, Paula stepped in once in a hair emergency and I was grateful for her assistance and more than happy with the result. Everyone there is really nice. For me the real measure of a cut is if I can make it look ok on my own, and Ed never let me down. His cuts are so precise you could miss your next appointment and your hair would STILL look better than someone walking out of any other salon. The Presidio decor is relaxing, they offer you coffee, and the stylists are happy to chat or give you some nice quiet time, whatever you prefer. Can't recommend the place highly enough!

Customer service. Being the owner of Presidio let me address a couple of things in the previous review. I have worked with Paula for the last 16 years and can tell you that she is an absolute professional. If she or I had been informed that this customer was unhappy with the results of her appointment we would have gladly done everything in our power to rectify the situation. We however cannot fix something that we do not know is wrong without the client telling us that they are unhappy. Our client satisfaction is our number one priority .

Horrible Hair Experience. I will admit that I have had decent hair experiences at Presidio before, which is why I went back again, but this time I tried Paula Raff and had horrible results. I accept that her cut and foil services cost $135 + tip, but for that price, I expect to get what I ask for and have it look good.

I was horribly disappointed! Not only did she not color like I asked (bleach foils to cover root growth), but what she did do looks so horrible that I could have gotten better at the beauty college for a fraction of the cost. Granted, the cut is acceptable (I think. Every time I try to analyze it I get stuck on the horrid color), but I pay that much money so that I can be sure that I will come out with an overall good look.

The worst part is that she styled my hair so that it covered some of the bad areas!!! She saw them and should have offered to fix them right then and there, or made me an appointment to come back so she could fix it.

Bad experience, I don't recommend Paula, and better luck to you in your hair endeavors.
