The Place To Be. My friends and I love the Cactus Moon on Wednesdays! It's lady's night and we always have so much fun. There's so many types of people that go there everybody can find somebody to talk to. All tastes and styles are there. It's the place to be to have fun on a Wednesday night.

Lots of folks feel the itch to play cowboy, and when they do, The Cactus Moon is one of Tucson's favorite destinations.. The Scene:
The Cactus Moon is Tucson's answer to the yuppie fern-bar for the Top 40 country crowd, with a little "Saturday Night Fever" thrown in to boot. Pick up some early-evening line-dance lessons and presto, you're a cowboy! The dance floor, surrounded by booths and tables for wall-flower spectators, is the place to be if you're interested in learning the latest steps or showing off the moves you already have. The bar also features Top 40 dance music on Sundays and daily drink specials.

two-stepping time. I enjoy the Cactus Moon. They have great service, great music, and wonderful food!

Meat Market..It Sucks!. If you are into watching alot of "wannabe" cowboys and cowgirls scoot around the floor in "Payless" boots then this is the place for you. This place gets too crowded and the only way you can get a drink is to go to one of the back bars (you will only have to wait about 10 minutes in the back. This is a "wannabe-cowboy/girl-meat market" where the only fun to be had is laughing at all of the different styles of $20 cowboy hats and $5 aluminum belt buckles.
