Ladies night Wednesday. Ok lemme start by saying I dont go to ladies night a lot sence Ive started dating my girl (4 years). However I had a friend who was just down off his luck with girls and wanted to go out on Saturday. I told him we'll save our money and go out to Catus Moons Ladies night because when I was younger it was so easy to pick up girls and get laid there. Nothing had changed! In a good way. There were tons of girls there that were pretty hot there was a tranny dancing on a pole that made my fun go soft whoever let him in should be beaten. Other then that the only thing that seemed to have changed where guys. A lot the dudes in there were drunk as piss trying to hit on girls while holding down their drinks. Needless to say my friend got laid and also got some numbers of other girls. I think its pretty cool their still. As for the sticky floors never saw that and I guess if somebody spilt its not like they can get everyone off the dance floor to clean it up. Only thing I can honestly say I have a problem with at cactus moon is the doorman/bouncers. They are small and that night there was a fight and 4 of them tried to break it up between 2 guys and 3 of them couldnt hold back 1 large guy. Thankfully this was outside by the smokeing area but was just sad to watch.

Racist douch bag staff members. If i could have rated them in the negatives -5 stars I would. I use to go there every single wednesday with my friend because it was ladies night. Every single wednesday. I just tried to go, I had 4 friends with me, it was a wed. And they refused to let me in, although they accepted all of my friends id's including my friends from california, whom had a california id just like mine, they wouldnt take mine specifically and they were being very very f*cking rude, it was disgusting, so i go to another employee and ask to speak to the manager and these guys are dickk wads as well, me and my friends will NEVERRR go back there and will bad mouth it to anyone who asks. Shittyy customer service, rude, racist, douch lord employees.

Bad food and service. Ordered their $5 steak. Half of our party got their steak within 40 minutes, and other half waited an additional hour. The waitress blaimed the runner, and vice versa. Complained to manager and she lied about how soon the steak would be to our table. When it came, everything was cold. Finally got our money back and left. Will not return.

Very Slow Service. We have been enjoying Cactus Moon on Friday nights for some time. The steak dinner can not be beat for $5. But the service has steadily gone down hill. Sometime you wait for 30 or 40 min. before the waitress comes takes your drink order. They seem to busy chatting it up with the bartenders and other waitresses to care about the customers. Food takes another hour to get to you, sometimes it comes stone cold!!!

When you tip the waitresses they don't say thank you or seem to care if you tip them. The Bartender is very friendly and serves up great $1 happy hour drinks. We will get our drinks from him as he seems to appricate the tips more. SORRY GIRLS NO MORE TIPS FOR YOU!!!! NEXT!!!!

Horrible customer service, lack of popular music. I was a customer at Cactus Moon for two years and while I had issues with the lack of popular music, along with a DJ who makes no attempt to provide a friendly and inviting atmosphere, I was still met with somewhat kind employees otherwise up until recently. Late into the evening on most nights the DJ begins to make off-color and very inappropriate comments usually sexual in nature.

I will no longer be a customer at cactus moon as a result of violent and aggressive behavior by the front door staff and an on-site management who apparently tolerates this. I have never felt threatened by any of the customers at Cactus Moon, ironically enough; it's the employees who pose the greatest threat to safety.

It's really too bad because it was a very fun place to be up until a couple of months ago.

cactus moon. well this is for all the crying people that having nothing better to do then cry on this review site about the moon ...... here we go

first of all if you dont like the moon then dont go there retard second of all you say that the staff at the moon is no good well if they are so bad why keep going there and third of all if you have nothing to do better then talk bad on the moon then you are the ones with the problems not the moon so take your butt somewhere else cause we dont need you at the moon !!!!!!!!!!! i found the moon very fun to go to very nice staff . so but i had to write this .....

wow, white trash , wiggers, and fat chicks oh my. What happens when you give retards alcohol? The cactus moon. " Happy hour" is laden with the obese, infirmed and ancient. Friday looks like someone gathered up the results of failed cloning experiments. The DJ play the Same Set List over and over. I guess this gives him plenty of time to return his ring to a volcano. Who ever is responsible for the hiring clearly does not understand how a club should work. Men buy booze, men like attractive waitresses. There are no attractive waitresses.

Go Get Em' "COWBOY". I have to say that there are some pretty boys in the Cactus Moon, along with 'better than thou wanna be's', really bad taste in clothing, and I think every guy I met there Rodeo's (Couldn't tell the difference between a horse and a cow....but they Rodeo!!)

So if you like wading thru all the bull and getting glared at if your hotter than another, well pull on your boots and step right in!

Up close and personal. This is my favorite dance club in Tucson. Not only is it an amazing atmosphere, but there is always something going on. There is such a mix of people that any person would feel at home. The best part of it is the HUGE dance floor with a very wide range of music. While the music selection is mostly country, all music typre played. This is also one of the few dance clubs that play slow music that allows you to really get up close and personal with that special someone!
