Great food!. Myself and my co-workers got a take out lunch here today. I got the L-10 combo plate which includes Shredded beef taco, mini chimis, chile con queso, beans, rice and tortillas. Everything was excellent, but the rice was a little bit undercooked.

Also, the front and back doors are not properly marked so if I wasn't with my co-worker who knew where we were going, I would've been very confused.

Overall the prices are fantastic, the food is amazing, and I will definitely be going back!

A Tucson Tradition and Great Food/Good Prices!. Somplace between a "dive" and a great "local joint" is El Molinito. I've been going here since I was 3 years old ... the family has expanded and now has multiple locations, a tortillaria, and catering arms of the business. Sometimes, you'll wait in line. Sometimes the order taker or the waitress/er will be chatting with a regular, or someone (like me) who has been coming for YEARS ... you'll wait - they don't want to be rude to us! But they love you too! Sometimes you'll wait a while for your food ... sometimes your silverware won't arrive before your food ... but all you need to do is wave down a server - any server - and the fork will appear. The salsa will keep coming, and it's GOOD! Just munch and try to calm down. It's worth it. Other times, it's lightning fast! Order, table, salsa, silverware, entrees ... go! Great, authentic Sonoran food at really reasonable prices ... the one on 22nd/Craycroft anyway is consistently good. I used to drive from Sahuarita because we could not get good Mex food there ... no matter what the locals say! I am an El Mos Fan! This is NOT the Taj Mahal ok? Don't expect it. They don't always move at a "New York Minute" pace, they sometimes run out of things ... sometimes they are busy (duh ... the food is great!) ... so chillax! Have a margarita and enjoy! At these prices, why should you complain anyway? I love them! And, I like them better than El Charro... and so does my wallet!

Bad service. We were in line to order, and the cashier kept talking to the person in front of us after she already ordered. My wife went to the restroom, and when she came back, the talking still was on so we just walked out.

Food can be excellent or bad. Not consistent. Prices differ depending on location which irritates me. Never get take out. They mess it up everytime.. Very busy at lunch. 3 restaurants in Tucson. Take out is a joke, they NEVER get your order right and the prices differ depending what side of town you order from. Today is the last time I will get food from them!
