Yummy sushi, kind sushi chef. Again I'm suprised at finding a sushi place that is reasonably priced with frsh-tasting sushi. I sat at the sushi bar where I met the friendly chef, Jinshi (?), who kept me company and when I had a question about an ingredient let me taste a sample on the sly. The softshell crab and Broadway roll were great! I especially enjoyed the crab. The Broadway roll is topped with baked scallops/mayo, it's a rather rich roll. Don't let the strip-mall exteriors deter you, Sushi Garden has plenty of seating and good food.

Fresh sushi, friendly staff. I've tried multiple sushi restaurants in Tucson and this is by far my favorite. Sushi is very fresh and flavorful. Try the crunchy spicy tuna. Also, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Best well-balanced Sushi experience. I've enjoyed dining at Sushi Garden for more than 7 years while I was there during school and work. Their lunch buffet, from all kinds of teriyaki, tempuras, sushi, rolls, fried rice, fruits & salads, is the best tasting, best variety buffet in town. For $7.95, you can't ask for anything more. The real deal is their All-you-can-eat Sushi for $19.95. I've tried sushi from all parts of the United States and the freshness and quality of the fish here can easily match or exceed that of well-renown sushi restaurants in major cities. If you are a sashimi connoisseur, enjoy it with a chilled bottle of Soju, which is a more potent form of sake from Korea. When it's not as busy and feeling bold, ask the head chef to create something for you that's not on the menu. You'll be turning heads and be glad you did.

The Freshest Fish In Town!. My girlfriend and I found this place back on the corner of Alvernon and Broadway. It is sort of tucked back behind a strip mall but this is a great place to eat. If you like sushi then you will love the $19.95 all-you-can-eat sushi deal. The fish was extremely fresh. Try the Jampong (1 order serves 2) and a small sushi combo (serves 2) and you can walk out of there with spending less than $30 for two people. You know the place is good when you see the owner from another sushi restaurant in town eating there instead of his own restaurant. Yu(ki) know who I am talkin about.
