To the owner of Tucson Dodge, Thank you for stepping to the plate and turning a bad situation good. I had a one bad truck out thousands. I know it wasn't the fault of Tucson Dodge but that is where I bought it. My next step was talking to a lawyer but you did not let it go that far. Now I have a great truck! I love my new 1500 Ram Truck again thank you and you won a customer for life.

Our salesperson Sean Johnson was first-rate. He was extremely thorough, answered all of our questions and met all of our needs. The finance manager James Alegria was also excellent and worked extremely hard to secure us the best financing possible. We are well pleased and would definitely purchase there again.

Very Impressed. I was very impressed with your staff, they were proffesional and courtious and finished the job in a lot less time than expected. Even though I added additional work after they had started. You also have a very good parts department that helped me with everything I needed.

Best I have experienced. Your service advisor Lisa is one of he best I have experienced in all the years of owning and servicing vehicles. So far the service techs seem to be doing and excellent job, but need to be more careful about leaving grease marks on interior of vehicle.

Amazing. Sales staff on out first trip seemed "ehhh" but went in again and discussed a lease. Amazing. Tim is newer and will tell you he is, but goes above and beyond to find answers. Everyone we worked with was amazing. Great job Tucson Dodge.

Do not purchase a vehicle from Tucson Dodge.
Hi,
Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2008 nissan altima on 8/30/2010 with 42,000 miles. Now less than a year later 7/1/2011 the car's paint has faded and it looks extremely bad. I paid 23000 thousand for the vehicle and I think is unfair that not even a year and the paint is bad.
I have spoken to three diferrent body shops including nissan and they said that the car must have been s sold to me with this problem already. The body shop continued to tell me, that most probably they covered up the problem and sold it to me. I tried contacting Tucson Dodge and of course they said there is nothing they can do. I will be contacting Best Business Bureau and see what happnes.
Please everyone, if you really care about your money and investment do not do not do not purchase a vehicle from Tucson Dodge on 22nd street.
