Horrible Experience. Quoted 45 min. Waited over an hour. Then once we were seated we were not acknowledged for 15mins. until we asked another server 'who' our server was. After 30mins we finally got drinks. The manager said she'd take care of us but after we got drinks we never saw her again. The food was good. The check came not divided like we had asked and they added on 15% gratuity! I understand the gratuity but not when we didn't have a server and considering the situation. I had read the other reviews before going to this location & I thought there was no way that an Olive Garden could ever be this bad. . . but they are TRUE! This location is HORRIBLE and we will never return.

What can I say? It's Olive Garden.... Having visited Olive Garden recently, I have to say I was sorely disappointed in the wait staff! We asked for many things we were never given, and when we asked what one dish contained, the waitress rolled her eyes as if she had just had enough of us! Never were we rude to her or bothered her in any way. She may have been having a bad day, I'll give her that. But, there is never a reason to roll your eyes at someone and act like the world is ending when waiting is YOUR JOB!

The food was okay. It's Olive Garden, after all.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant.. In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

An okay Value..... Seems they have increased their prices for the same portions...but the food was very good. I had the meat ravioilis with the 3 sauces (tomato/meat, my favorite; basil pesto; white-garlic sauce ). The server did not know the name of the different pastas, but the service was prompt and the food was hot. Overall, a good experience, but getting on the pricy side.
