Great food, Great value, Friendly and Fast service. This was a first time visit. The people are so fun and friendly. The food was amazing and the prices are great! For a comparison on price, what we had tonight, would have come to well over $50-$60 in most other places. And, my husband had so much, that he not only got full, but brought home plenty of left-overs. This usually doesn't happen for him. We both loved our dinners. We had a great time, and didn't have to wait at all.

Awesome..... One of our favorite places to eat. My husband and I frequent it at least once a week. Food is excellent(I won't order a burger anywhere else) and the service is even better. It is a must try

Great with Special Orders. Dinner is always good. Lunch has been mixed, mostly good, but not always, so stick with dinner and you will be happy. We always ask for no seasoning, including salt, and they are great about this. It comes out perfect. One of our favorite restaurants.

In response to "not worth the drive or wait". A. There's a possibility the table that was sat before you didn't need a table where a baby carrier was necessary, or just that a table that would accommodate you wasn't ready first. B. High chairs at restaurants are all different. If you flip a high chair that isn't level on the back, and there is a warning on said chair to not do exactly that, the restaurant can be sued, not to mention how unsafe that is for your baby. If the carrier is put in a restaurant chair with arms, and pushed up to the table, they are much safer. Know the whole story before you rant on a restaurant worker just doing their job. Obviously this person has never worked in the industry.

Not worth the drive or the wait. Ever since this restaurant moved to their new location the service and food went from good to right down the tubes. In fact, my husband and I were going to eat there last night (05/08/07) but changed our minds after not getting the friendly service we expected. We walked in and put our names on the list. We were told it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait which turned into more like 15 or 20. There was a party which came in after us and they were seated when they arrived. That is NOT good business or good service. When we finally were going to be seated we asked for a high chair so we could place our son who can not sit up yet. He was in his carrier. We proceeded to turn the high chair over in order to place him and his carrier in it. We were told by the very unfriendly hostess we could not do that due to liability. BOLOGNA!!!! Every other restsaurant in town and every where else in the USA we've been to doesn't have a problem with this. Oh no, the "nice friendly" hostess wanted to place him in his carrier on a dining room chair. That's more unsafe that turning the high chair upside down and placing his carrier in that. It's a law suit waiting to happen. Need less to say, took our business to a restaurant across the street.

The "Great" American Cattle Co. in Tucson either needs to get with the program or close up shop. Their new location leaves a lot to be desired. They have no atmosphere. It is very cramped which is a fire hazard. I hope the Pima County health inspector and the fire department will go see for themselves that this place of business needs to have a bigger dining area or close them down all together. I will not eat at this establishment again nor will I recommend it to our friends and family.
