I liked the service reps quick handling of the check-in process. The environment of the waiting area is superior and the free coffee is nice.

A greeter meets you as you drive up-immediately-it's great! A very clean, well-maintained facility. Great service advisor!

I've always been told, "never take your
car to a dealer for service unless you want to get ripped off..."
After dealing with Kyle Brooks for nearly 4 years, that myth has been dispelled.
Kyle is the definition of "customer service" and integrity.
Kyle and his techs have always diagnosed my problems down to something that costed me little or nothing.
Many mechanics have billed me for parts that don't need replacing or bogus repairs when they can't find the problem.
Kyle is very honest and works very hard to accommodate your needs.

It went rather smoothly and quickly than a previous one I had done at another dealership. I really appreciate the no finance charges at this time. This is not my first purchase at Desert Toyota. I have purchases just about all my vehicles from them over the past 30 years.

Vehicle turned out to have more severe problems; parts were not available and had to be sent in; I was accommodate and received assistance with transportation on a rainy evening- returned in the morning to pick up fixed/washed vehicle and made it in time to travel for the Thanksgiving Holiday; realize this is not always possible, but I am very thankful staff worked hard to make it possible.

I came to Desert Toyota be shown the Prius line and learn about the car. Sales rep Nick greeted and took over this job. He was super knowledgeable on the product and made it easy for me to understand. Nick took us out for a drive, with me at the wheel on the return.
