The advisers always explain what are the needs of your car at the time of the service. They also explain when you have to pay more to the next service so you can be prepared with the money. I like everything about Desert Toyota.

The work I had done was what I would consider a major repair. I even toyed with the idea of getting rid of the car. The service adviser was really helpful and gave excellent advice regarding repair or getting rid of the car. I chose the repair option and couldn't be happier.

On my buying trip to purchase a car I met Robert Betancourt the salesman at Desert Toyota. It was a very nice experience as Robert explained everything as I had lots of questions. He is such a good person and I feel he is a friend now. All the salespeople I met at Desert Toyota were very very nice. I made my purchase and am very happy with my car. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family about buying a car from Desert Toyota.

I have purchased 4 Toyotas from Desert Toyota and have had 4 Toyotas serviced there. I have been very pleased with my service manager (Terry Normoyle), and will have him service the new Prius V. I enjoyed dealing with Adam, my salesman for the Prius, much more than I have with any previous salesman at any car dealership including at Desert Toyota before

Chris gave us the best deal! He was quick and efficient processing our deal and listed the payment plan and finance options clearly. It was a painless experience as car buying should be and not the horror stories I usually hear. He was very honest and straightforward. I could tell he really cared about his customers and not just the sale.

I would definitely come back to Desert Toyota because I received excellent customer service. That is hard to find now at a car dealership. My mother and I were surprised that everything worked out so smoothly and that there were no hidden costs or fees. I felt that everyone had integrity, were friendly, and had a great attitude.
