read this before buying a car. Tucson love. they pressure you to put 5 stars on there rating. Even make you sign a paper saying that you will as well as hassle you to give three referrals. AND DONT BUY the GAP insurance. their price is $800. ANY DAM BANK sells it for $300 . ask arizona credit union. same goes with extended warranty. about $1500 LESS. HUSTLERS MAN. Oh and there first offer to me , ( i have good credit) was 12.5 percent and only $3500 down!!! amazing !!! not! dam jerks talking to me like i was a 16 year old buying a car for the first time. They went from 12.5 percent to 5.9. and $1000 down. I got what i wanted, but dam it cost a head ache and friends mad i gave them their names and phone numbers. The employees are very friendly and the parts department as well. But good old fashion car sharks and finance sharks are in the back. I even heard Steve , one of the finance guys, actually the manager talking to a lady in the finance side with a no BS attitude. Yes the lady was trying to ask for what she wanted but for him to come back like "NO NO NO! next question.... NO!" was rude. Watch they will play bad cop good cop. Your sales person will be extremely nice and then they have to kinda apologies for the bad cop that comes in to tell you how it is. ALSO DUH, LOOOk----> if you didnt know this , there main MAIN MAIN goal is to keep you in there in house Financing. Why? because your bank will offer you lets say %5 and Desert Toyota knows that, BUTTTT they will say " well this is the lowest we can goOOO!." say ok ill see what my bank can offer and watch them do everything to keep you there! the down payment will drop the percent will drop. WHY NOT OFFER THE LOWEST PRICE FROM THE BEGINNING? Cause there are still suckers that dont know any better so this is why I am typing this. Your the BOSS and when they meet your demands , you will buy a car. other wise there are a lot of other dealerships that will . U just have to find them. all car dealerships are like this But Desert pulled out all the tricks. I give them credit. BUT you cant hustle a hustler. So im telling you go somewhere else.
