Great costumer service. I was in the need of some assistance when i was shopping in the jewelry section at Ross, this lovely woman came by and helped me with my selection, her name was Ellen i do believe. She serviced to me with such a polite manner and much concern to my needs. After, i headed to the clothing department and i needed to try on clothing in the dressing rooms, much to my luck nobody was there to help me until Ellen again quickly came and got me settled into my fitting room. As i was walking out of the room, I noticed how there was a dreadfully long line for the fitting rooms, and Ellen was helping each one of these costumers in such a fast determined pace i could not believe. If you want to go to a good clothing store with great costumer service its Ross with the help of Ellen. Thank you

Great place for great deals. This is my first review on the web of anything, but being a fan of the Ross on Broadway has made me want/need to write this review. From the very first time I have stepped into Ross, I have been impressed. The store is normally clean (except this past holiday season, but that is not the fault of the store employees). As a male shopper, the selection of clothing has not been something to be desired, but I have a very slender, tall build and most of the clothing has been geared toward the thicker American Male.

What really has amazed me about Ross is the selection of scents at the front counter and designer sunglasses. What a bargian. I also did most of my holiday shopping at this location: hand bags for friends, clothing for children, an electric razor for my partner and many other items. If you seek items for your home especially your kitchen, i recommend visiting Ross weekely, especially for us students whom live on a tight budget, this is the place to go.

I gave this store a 4 star rating because the lack of help in the store. The help they do have is wonderful, the problem is finding someone to assist you. The small staff is usually at the dressing room or ringing up customers at their well lit, modern counters.
