Very unreliable

I work for a company that has Saguaro pick up its recycling twice a week. However they rarely come except maybe once a month, and every three months or so I must call and complain that my recycling hasn't been picked up and it is full and that I haven't been able to use it for at least two weeks. They're response is that they're driver shows that we were closed or that he had actually picked up the recycling every week. We are open from 7:30-4:30 and they're driver shows that we were closed at 9:30 in the morning. Our company is nationwide and this kind of service is completely unacceptable. We are currently reviewing other options that will be more reliable and accountable.

Not for me!

Sometomes they come at 7 am , sometimes at 5 pm. Sometines they just reach in the container and take out the top bag and leave whatever in on the bottom of the container.

• Pros: None I can trink of!!
• Cons: No [ ZERO ] consistancy!

Maybe someone should tell the Saguaro drivers that 20 mph speed limits are also meant for garbage trucks. I couldn't believe as the Saguaro truck raced with probably more than 45mph through my residential cul-de-sac, where children played on the street...
