They need a 101 customer service class.
I have been with this company when I first moved into the area 2 plus years ago. Didn't realize I had other choices so I went with what a few people had in the block.
From the beginning it just wasnt a pleasant experience. I mean all the TRASH guys do are come pick up the trash BUT let me tell you when it comes to having to call in OH MY GOD, dont even bother. They tell you (Customer Service Rep) they will do things and then you end up calling back more and more cause things arent getting done when CUSTOMER SERVICE people state they will do certain things. After 2 years and a customer service rep calling me some names when I told her to hold on cause I was looking for my bill, I never put the phone down and got to listen to her bad mouth me ( I wonder if they record there phone calls?) And I do KNOW her NAME it begins with a "B"! Im very good with names, so dont think when you ANNOUNCE yourself Im gonna forget especially when you bad mouth ME!!! Anyhow to continue......
In March of 2012 I decided to cancil the service, I had paid in January after going around and around with the CSR on the issue that the CSR screwed up on NOT the CLIENT (ME). On MARCH 30, 2012 they were to pick up TRASH BINS!
GUESS what I see in my drive way currently on MARCH 31. 2012..those colorful BLUE & GREEN Trash BINS!
Sad thing is...I even called yesterday to make sure they were picking up the bins and was told YEP!!!! Again CUSTOMER SERVICE needs a 101 course on how to really figure out what TO say and what NOT to say!!!!
P.S. By the way this company you pay for 3 months at a time. The new company I went with WM you pay 4 months at a time, and Im saving money!!!!!
Make sure you look at EVERYTHING before you choose a company, there are ALWAYS plenty of OPTIONS!!!!

8 times within a year, when i was a customer, they missed collecting my trash. No biggie, trash bin was not that full. but it was annoying nevertheless. But whatever.
Five months ago though, I cancelled my account with them as i had to move. Gave them my credit card info for payment and everything. Five months later i get a collection letter saying i owe them money. what???
So i called, it must be a mistake.. the person on the other line was rude and said, "well there's no payment showing here". Well okay, that's why im calling.. i have no issues paying it if i owe it but at least send me a letter saying the payment didnt go through or something. She says, "well there's not even an attempt at payment". Well, then, miss attitude, is it my fault that you guys didnt run the payment when i gave you my card info? Would it have been too hard to send me a letter saying, oh sorry, you owe us this much coz we didnt run it. and guess what? more attitude instead of an apology... instead, a snarky comment saying she wanted me to look at all my bank statements to prove i paid. a little good customer service would have been nice. but all i got was rudeness, and an afternoon of being annoyed.

train your drivers to back out .... we have had our service for a week(one pick up). we recieved a call today, we were informed the drivers could not back up down our one lane street. the week before we got our service, i watched a driver with no difficulty back up. it was saguaro too. we had already paid for several months. the company should teach all there drivers to back out. other companies have no problem. i do not recommend this company at all. i have read everything on the web site. nothing about drivers refusing service. very dissapointed. …
Bad Customer Service. This company is not good about communicating their pickups during holidays. Drivers in my route have also skipped my residence on a few occasions, leaving the bins full. Lately, one of the wheels on my garbage bin fell out, and I called to have it replaced. Turns out, they forgot and I still have a wheel-less garbage bin at home. Waste Management is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. …
Worst Customer Service. I was blocked in parking space and called them to remove the dumpster 4 times its a month later and they still haven't every time I call they say that the problem has been documented and they will have it removed immediately. I gave an exact pinpoint location of the dumpster they continue to service the dumpster but when they put it back it is still in the way ( No such thing as common sense ). …
