Great service!. I had no idea that we had such a nice optical shop in Tucson. Not only did I receive a very thorough eye exam by Dr Weisman, but I have the most beautiful eyeglasses ever. I worked with Patty and she helped me get the best lenses and frames for me. They even took my insurance! I highly reccommend Optical Image to all of my friends and family!!

I DONT KNOW WHAT THESE OTHER PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT!!. I just wanted to say that this is THE BEST Optical boutique I have ever been too! The staff is so professional, nice and very helpful. The girl that helped me(Jennifer) was great she helped me understand any thing i had a question about . Dr. Weisman is GREAT I can see perfectly with my gorgeous new glasses. I highly recommend everyone at Optical Image at the Tucson mall. I will be back!

Bad service for me as well. I don't write negative reviews, as a rule. However, this example of bad service was so in my face, that I feel compelled to complain.

I was a walk-in early one day. I arrived at quarter past the hour, requesting an eye exam. No problem, I was told. We start the appointments at half past, if the first appointment doesn't show up, you get that slot. If they do, we'll see you right after them.

The appointment showed up, okay, not a problem. I walked the mall (there is no dedicated waiting area on the premises. You would have to sit at the high stools in the frame fitting area.)

I returned in plenty of time for the appointment, and stood against the glass display cases like others. But at the hour, a customer walked in who knew a staff member (they hugged), and they were given my slot. I was then offered one at 12:30, which I refused on principle.

It is unprofessional to behave that way, even towards a walk-in. This establishment sells designer wear, and they attempt to present an image of class and sophistication.

I'm sorry, but such treatment of customers is neither classy nor sophisticated. Thank you.
