POOR SERVICE. THE STORE WAS RECOMMENDED TO US FOR CAMERA CLEANING. AS MY WIFE AND I WALKED INTO THE STORE, THE CLERK WAS TALKING WITH A CUSTOMER ABOUT VARIOUS BACK PROBLEMS. WE WERE TOTALLY IGNORED. NO GREETING. NOT "BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE". NADA. WE STOOD FOR SEVERAL MINUTES - FIVE+ - . STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. MY WIFE PICKED UP HER PURSE AND CAMERA AND WE LEFT.

THE TWO STILL WERE TALKING ABOUT BACK SURGERY. OBVIOUSLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER STORE TO WORK ON OUR CAMERA

Tucson Camera Repair Came Through For Me. Needed a memory stick for my old Sony Cybershot camera. Sony no longer manufactures this camera stick. Brought my camera to Tucson Camera Repair and was given a memory stick--free of charge. Now that's customer service. I'll certainly support this store for all my future camera needs.

Best camera repair service in town. They are the best, had a little trouble with a lens, fixed it in no time and we were on our way. The service was great. We do highly recommend this business.

Simply Great Service. I love the service! This is the only place that I trust to have my sensor cleaned. They always have the best service, best attitude, and he really knows his stuff; I have so many questions about my equipment all the time, and he always has an answer for me. I truly recommend them.

Total Scam. I was quoted $65 for Tucson Camera Repair to "clean the sensor and view finder" on my digital slr. My camera was returned to me with 100% of the debris in my view finder that was present when the camera was brought in. I mentioned this to the associate, and his response was that the technician had done all that he could BUT for an additional $150-$200 this debris in the view finder could be removed.
