Avoid using this company!. Disgustingly bad service; make customers wait in the broiling sun; the rudest woman I have ever met as a manager. She claimed she would allow my car out for $100, then changed it after I had gotten there to $220.

This is legal theft. Even if you are the company using them to have cars towed, they will probably treat you the same way as they do their customers. See the other reviews for confirmation of my opinion.

RIDICULOUS!!!. This has to be one of the worst businesses encouters ever! Yes I get it I messed up and I am ready to pay with cash but nope I gotta wait around while the owners play their little games. Trying to get ahold of anyone is like playing phone tag, and when you do its not helpful. The lady who took my money was a straight up ***** and rude as hell! Only good that came from that day was seeing another man cuss her out for her unprofessionalism and I completely agree with him-she (and the business) are nothing more than scum!

I highly encourage businesses not to use B & C. I had the "luxury" of dealing with this towing business a few weeks ago after a friend of mine had his vehicle towed for parking in an apartment parking lot while attending a concert. Seeing as it was his only means of transportation, he found out all information he needed to contact the business to get his vehicle back. The voice recording clearly said that B & C were open Sunday-Monday, 8-5. My friend ended up calling the next morning 16 times between 8 AM and 11AM, only to never get an answer or to receive a call back. Not only that, his grandmother had also been calling that time attempting to get ahold of someone but was also unsuccessful. Once we had found the place, we noticed the small sign which said they were only open Monday-Friday, 8-5...real convenient seeing as it was a Sunday. Nobody was there, and my friend's grandmother finally was able to get an answer (after being hung up on numerous times) by saying her husband was deathly ill and needed the car to go to the hospital. The female who had answered the phone was quite rude and informed us we could set up an appoinment to pick up the vehicle after 3 PM. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the lady was extremely rude and spoke to the customers with terrible attitude. I realize that being that position people probably give you quite a bit of problems, but to be rude right from the start is completely unprofessional! This is supposed to be a business, not some chore or inconvenience and if its such a problem for you that you have to deal with customers in an extremely poor manner, I suggest finding a different business to get into.

They should be shut down........ My car was stolen , recovered 5 days later.( they never notified the police)

3mo later I rec notice from DMV.they refused to give me my car back .

THEY never reported to police and striped my car.

I stood there and demanded my car back and when they refused .I called the police.

The woman ( MGR) was very rude and they ask you to sign the title to them..( for Storage fee)

Sham sham . legal stealing. they are Theives.... POLICE must investigate them.

even the day I went to pick up the car .the car was reported STOLEN.

see their report in Tucson weekly also.( B & C towing)

WATCH OUT. B & C loves to not return calls, or even answer their phone. They will pick up from anyone calling in, no matter if truly an issue or not. Just want the fees. Watch out for weekend tricks..Friday is a CLOSED day and will be counted as part of the weekend. I left messages, made numerous phone calls to them, and NOTHING. They do not answer or return messages. How can they still run a Business? BIG RIP OFF COMPANY. I'm reporting them to Better Business Agency in Tucson.

Never answers their business phone. I have been calling this shop for over a week, leaving numerous messages with no return phone call. This is not professional at all. How do they stay in business?????
