Outstanding service and beyond expectations

I was totally surprise how honest, up-front and professional American Fleet service was... I have never been to AMS and have always worried about add-on's to you name it when having any of my car's/truck's in for any service. These guy's not only know what they are doing, they tell you what they would do as if it was their own car. Friendly, professional knowledge and so honest my head spin with surprise. Only did what was actually needed, no extras because of mileage recommedation by the manufacture. Especially, if not needed after their full-inspection. Well worth it and now have my family and friends business from here on in. Terrific and worth using for any automoblie repair needs. Thanks for being a honest business and your expertise with repair service and maintenance. They are located behind on the street behind Fry's near Grant Rd. and 1st in Tucson. Well worth getting too....

Honest, Dang Good Service

I run a service business requiring the use of several vehicles. Before I found American Fleet Service, I was horrified at the thought of having my trucks serviced due to numerous dealings with less than honest repair facilities.

American Fleet is up front and honest regarding repairs and the time it will take to get it done. Since I've been using their services (since ~1994), they have always charged the going rate for labor and have never gouged me on parts. I've never been offered a "free 20+" point inspection, either. If you wish, they will certainly print out a list of possible concerns regarding your vehicle, but they have never pushed these repairs on me.

A+++ ratings for American Fleet. They get my vehicles back on the road very quickly. They do not bs me regarding repairs and do not overcharge on parts and labor. Hours of operation are incredible, as well. My hat's off to them for cranking out 24/7 time frames.
