Not my favorite, but good. I've only eaten here a few times, mostly when I'm with people who are too snooty for Brooklyn's pizza. Magpie's is certainly good enough to merit a positive review, but to be honest the prices are too high for pizza, in my opinion, and the preparation is done with a heavy hand, which leads to a pizza that I find texture-ly unappealing.

Used to be good. This place has gone downhill over the years. The pizzas are no longer good and they have horrible customer service. If you say anything bad about the pizza to them, they start to lie and give a bunch of excuses.

This pizza place is losing customers left and right because of their fallen quality. Papa Johns pizzas are now much better than this place (and cheaper).

Horrible Experience! Worst Pizza Ever!. Horrible pizza... expensive price... horrible employees The pizza was cold and didn't even have the right toppings. The manager insisted they didn't make a mistake even though the menu said that The Giant had this and that toppings. Refused to give money back for their mistakes and had a horrible experience. To top it off, the pizza was cold, soggy, and tasted gross.

When made right, good... otherwise, HORRIBLE. At Magpies you either get a good pizza or a horrible pizza. I had some good pizzas from Magpies, like the ones from the Cortaro Farms site. But, I've also had HORRIBLE pizzas, like the ones from the Speedway site. When I say horrible, I mean the pizza didn't have the right toppings, the pizza missed a few toppings, the pizza was cold, the pizza was very soggy, the managers (like the one at the Speedway site) were rude and don't understand proper customer conduct, and bad customer service.

Magpies has a guarantee that if you don't like their pizza, they will give you a refund. That's a COMPLETE LIE. Its just a marketing ploy they will not stand by. That tells me there's a lack of integrity at Magpies.

Anyways, when I had those bad pizza, where the pizza missed some toppings, the pizza was completely cold (I arrived when they said it would be finished), the pizza was completely soggy, and the manager refused they made a mistake, I asked for the refund, but they said because the transaction already went through, they couldn't do that. I asked about their guarantee, but they said that they just "IGNOR IT."

So, at Magpies, if you're lucky, then you will get a good pizza, otherwise, it will be horrible and you lost your money.

Cold, Soggy, Expensive Pizza that Arrived Late. Despite placing my pizza order 2 hours in advance, and asking that it PLEASE not arrive any later than 12:30pm, my order arrived 15 minutes late. Both pizzas (I ordered 2 jumbos; the white pizza and the mediterranean) were cold and barely edible, certainly not worth the $50+tip that I paid. The white pizza was flavorless and the mediterranean was soggy. I can't believe this pizza passes as 'gourmet.' Please....I've gotten better pizza at the grocery store! Maybe Magpies was having a bad day. I suppose my experience could have been a fluke but I'm certainly not going to purchase pizza from there again.
