This dealership in incredible! I have bought many new cars at many different dealerships and the team here is by far the best! If you have any concerns about your car, they rectify the problem very QUICKLY. I will buy all of my cars from Precision in the future.?

Customer service was excellent from the time we walked onto the lot someone was asking us what we needed or who we wanted to see without being over-bearing.

Our salesperson Mr. Gianquinto was really nice,knowledgable with regard to the vehicle we were interested in and able to anwser our questions about the many features that the vehicle had.

The price at the onset was reasonable, however, Mr. Gianquinto still went to bat for us when we asked for a lower amount and got it. This is just one example of his courtesy and there were many. Thank you Albert! We love our truck.

I need to mention the often dreaded financing process because we went to purchase this vehicle with pre-approval from our financial institution. Bobby in financing who has at least 18 years experience was still able to find a better rate and our own credit union could not compete with it, so be patient-he is a real professional.

This isn't the first vehicle we purchased from Precision Toyota, but it is the first time that we ever returned to the same dealership because of the GREAT service we received the first time. They are the "poster" example of good service from beginning to the end.

The reason that we return to Joe Micoletti and Precision Toyota (since 1991) is the level of service and care for the customer. Also,the hassle-free transactions .... look for the car you want, drive the car that you want, sign the papers, and then out the door with your brand new car! Quick, clean, easy. We also add that a big part of this whole transaction is the professionalism of Joe, and the entire staff, the honesty and competitive prices.

The salesperson let us test drive on the hwy which was important to us because we were unsure of how the hybrid would perform. She also found us the color we wanted and let us test drive the actual car we would buy.

I would just like to tell anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle to go to Precision Toyota. Make sure you ask to have Albert Gianquinto for your sales rep. He is honest,a fabulous sales rep. and will make sure you get the car for your needs and budget!!! After having a horrible experience with CarMax I was very hesitant to go to any other dealer. With my guard up I contacted Precision Toyota expecting to get the same kind of run around and nonsense I got from CarMax. To my surprise I was contacted by a very professional, and nice sales rep (Albert Gianquinto). He made the process of buying my beautiful 2011 Toyota Camry very easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone on the market for a new or used car!!!!! Thanks again for everything you did..
