This is the third vehicle I purchased from Precision and from Joe. He is an excellent representative of Toyota.

I LOVE the car and everyone was very nice and considerate. I really feel I got exactly what I wanted.

The staff at Precision was unusally helpful and provided the important knowledge and explanations that are necessary in order to drive this vehicle safely. I am a former Avalon LTd. owner and am enjoying driving the newly designed version.

I have never had such horrible service when buying a car in my life. BEWARE! Do NOT buy a used car from this business! I will break down my buying experience, and hope you take caution when dealing with these people. First off, during the sales process, they showed us a vehicle that had "just come in", found out later they had it for days. It was dirty inside, but we were solidly assured it would be professionally detailed BEFORE we picked it up in 4 days. It was not. That actually took 2 weeks. Then they promised the passenger sliding door would be repaired, as well as a rip in upholstery, and the AC. We addressed these issues with salesman, sales manager, and finance, all assured us it would be fixed no problem. AFTER we signed all papers and the deal was done suddenly the cost of the repairs was too high and they did not want to do them. The used car manager, Tommy, was very rude when we called, even yelled at myself,, and my husband. Finally 7 weeks after the purchase, and our trade in was sold, they got the repairs done. In addition, they took 6 weeks to get our plate to us, and only gave us a 2 week temp, which expired, and wee had to MAKE them get us another (they are too cheap to pay the $8). They told us they were doing a safety inspection, and oil change, and held it for 3 days...for a safety inspection and oil? Yet, when it was returned the windshield fluid was EMPTY, brake fluid almost empty, and transmission fluid less than half. A major part of a safety inspection is topping off ALL fluids, which tells me it wasn't done. In addition our oil light was on, and we came to find out they didn't change it, only added oil! After they finally did the ac repair they promised, with much argument, the van started having throttle issues, and fuel injection. Mind you this van is only 4 years old. Now, in less than a week, the van is unsafe to drive. The dash warning lights are ALL lit up, thee speedometer and RPM gauges do not work, as well as gas gauge, the gear indicators are all lit, so you cannot tell which gear you are in, the airbag lights are on, and the bags will not engage in an accident, and it keeps wanting to stall, as well as spitting out thick, black exhaust that sticks to my driveway. I took the van to our long time mechanic and they informed me that it appears no safety inspection had been done at all, and the oil was not changed. So Precision lied about that. Finally we paid a LOT of money for a bumper to bumper warranty, and found out the company they use covers very little, putting the expenses on us. Buyers beware, do NOT buy from these crooks! Royal Kia was far better.

Having decided on a RAV4 we visited three dealerships. Two Toyoto, one Honda. Of the three, two sales people mentioned that there are two things people hate going to, one the dentist and two to purchase a car. I was 19 when I had the former removed, the latter is on the top of the list. I am 78 y/o. On the 1 - 10 scale, Erika, gives Dan Molin a 10; I give the highest I can any car sales man, an 8.

Both the salesman and the finance manager were great people to deal with. This was the first time in a long time that I bought from a Tucson dealership. Precision Toyota was great to work with.

Working with Darryl and Louis. They were polite, funny, helpful, considerate. I've run out of superlatives. The test drive route was appropriate, fun and covered almost all aspects of driving.
