Good food has gotten better. I went there twice at this location years ago (circa 1998) at the behest of my ex who insisted it was a good place to eat and that they dont charge too much. At the time the food was "okay" and i really didnt like the cafeteria type atmosphere because if you had to go for seconds there was only this small highly located window to get your food which everyone in sight would see you lol. Now its gotten better where you cna just go up and get some more food. The food is tastier and not all of it is too fatty or salty.

I see a lot of elderly people who frequent Furr's and I don't know how they deal with all the salt intake. I wished htey would cut down on that for everyones health.

Other than that it's a good cheap eats place and that location has very good service, the people who work there are friendly and courteous and do go out of their way to help. They have a good working relationship with eachother and funny too.

It's obvious they rely on tips so be sure to tip well.

GOOD AMERICAN EATS!. AM I THE ONLY ONE RATING THIS? FURRS HAS GREAT FOOD, AMERICAN, ALL YOU CAN EAT, AT ABOUT $6.50 PER HEAD. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TABLE SERVERS SURVIVE ON TIPS NOW. FURRS SHAFTED THEM, CUT THEIR PAY IN HALF, AND WILL NOT NOTIFY THE PUBLIC TO PLEASE NOW TIP!! PLEASE TIP GENEROUSLY!
