Caring Doctor who took time during initial visit. Dr. Grace Hou was recommended by the AZ Womens Imagery Center after discovering my mother had breast cancer. Our first visit to Dr. Hou was over one and a half hour long and was very thorough. She did a physical check of her and then went through the entire surgery procedure. She was very nice, explained everything very clearly and did not rush us out her door. She obviously has been over this procedure with many others and listened to my mothers concerns and addressed each one. The end result was a double masectomy two weeks later. Surgery took 2 hours and after surgery she came in and discussed results with my family. She is a professional lady who is very good at what she does. I am very happy with her service. I read previous reviews of a "rude" receptionist, but we did not encounter any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Hou if you have to go through such surgery. Best of luck.
