Terrible and expensive. The stylist has these long pointed fingernails which she scraped over my head during the shampoo - very gross. Then highlighted and cut my hair in a style that is uneven and impossible to maintain. Then charged $200!!

Terrible customer service. I received the most incompetent color of my life from an Imagen stylist. The stylist would not listen to what I said, then put the color on my hair and walked off and left. Another stylist had to go look for him 15 minutes after the timer went off. Needless to say my scalp and hair were damaged. The stylist did not care and the manager would not rectify the situation. If you care about your hair, avoid this salon.

Excellent. I recently relocated from the metro-Detroit area. I have never had such a flawless highlighting job or cut in all of my years as I had at Imagen. I highly recommend the work of Jorge Vega. And, every customer looked great walking out the door. Even the top salons I have been to in L.A. could not compare. Definitely a 10!
