Ouch ouch do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Do not move here they dont care when they ruin your things do to water damage. they charge alot for mold mold .new mangment dont care . they want you to use your renter ins when they are in the wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!. oh and you will move into a dirty apartment.but when you leave they charge you for every thing.. If you need mold and want your thing ruin this is the hot spot for you. the lists go on ; but not for me . it's a JIK place beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and when i wrote them nothing got done. P.S. i can not even give this place one star its that bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO..NO..NO. Sundown Village is for renters who want to temporarily save money. Rent is cheap, but keep in mind the apartments are OLD and not energy efficient..therefor you will be paying a crazy electric bill. They previously had a flat rate on W/S/T but now you pay by complex and they split it up between residents. SUCKS!! My bill went up over $35. MOLD MOLD MOLD in the showers... its in the walls, in the caulking(sp?), and pretty sure the walls dripping brown..LED PAINT?? EEWW... im so grossed out here. Can't wait till my lease is up!
