Great Service

I have been going to this store since I bought a house with a pool six months ago. As a new pool owner, I found their advice to be helpful without being condesending.

They are also very focused on customer satiffaction. One recent example, when a part I needed wasn't delivered as promised, they took the part off of their display and gave it to me for free. That was a $25 value. This is not the only example of when they have gone out of their way to help.

I won't shop at any other pool store.

• Pros: Friendly professional staff. Good parking.
• Cons: They set expectations too high for all other retailers.

I found the staff extremely knowledgable and friendly. They always have or are able to get quickly whatever I need. Best pool place in Tucson bar none.
