Stalactites, seven species of bats and natural air-conditioning make this cave a cool spot..
Overview
For many people, Tucson is just too hot. Escape the heat the natural way and follow the desert critters into a cold, dark cave. A variety of tours let visitors explore the cave in different ways.
The Experience
Natural air-conditioning keeps the cave at 70 degrees year-round. Considered a geological wonder, the cave and its various rock formations were carved out by natural water processes. While the cave is the main attraction, visitors can also hike through the nearby desert, mountains and river habitats. The old National Mail Stagecoach route can be explored by stagecoach trips, hayrides or horseback; just make a reservation in advance. Animal enthusiasts discover odd native creatures such as the coatimundi, a type of raccoon, and the peccary, a rare pig. There are also seven bat species living within the cave itself.

Cave Man.
If you like bats, and neat sights go to the cave! But be careful it is a littel damp in there.
