Don't go there, they are lying cheats. Took my ring in to have a tip fixed. They said it would be a few days. Weeks later they had an excuse that it was bad gold and they were having trouble fixing. Got it back one day before we left for Wa. The next day the bagettes feel out on the side. Sent it back. She said she would fix it . 4 month later had to threaten a law suit. She then said it was stollen from her car as she was mailing it back. He claim was denied by the insureace. Then she finally had a company in NY make me up a similar ring. Had it locally appraised and it was a horrible diamond. Got a lawyer, then she put in a new stone . Ring is not the same, smaller stone then the original and shoddy work. Warning . Do not do bussiness with these people.

Not just your average jewelery store ...A fun place to shop. Connie and her staff ( some are family ) at Green Valley Jewelers have taken care of my familys jewelery for many years .They are cheerful, friendly and they even remember my name ! I travel a lot for my business, my mother lives in La Posada, is elderly and has a hard time getting around. She called to make an appointment to bring in her sliver and some other jewelery to be appraised. Chris offered to come to her home and draw up the appraisal so she didn't have to bring all that heavy silver down to the store herself. Another time my mothers neighbor dropped off her clock and some jewelery to be repaired.The gentelman who fixes the clocks went above and beyond the call of duty in order to find a part for her clock . They called to tell her it was ready to be picked up, she said she was not feeling well and would pick it up when she felt better. Connie's sister (one of the staff) delivered it to her home so she would'nt have to come down! I cannot count the times when we have brought something in to be fixed and they did it for free ! I don't know how they make any money...they keep giving things away !! Visiting the store is always a pleasure,their prices are fair and its's a real fun filled atmosphere. The store is always packed and the staff are professional , always laughing, joking and having fun...how many work places can you go into that fulfill your needs and have fun doing it !! I remember when I brought my wedding ring in for a cleaning, I didnt realize it but two of the prongs were broken off . The staff noticed it and brought it to my attention... I could have lost my diamond ! The ring is a family heirloom, very old and worn. Instead of repairing all eight prongs (which cost more to do), they replaced the head and charged me less for the repair.The jeweler also fixed some other prongs on the smaller diamonds that were in danger of falling out , it was like having a whole new ring ! The repair took longer than expected and when I called to check on it Connie's daughter Lalia brought up a very good point.. "your jewelery to us is not only important it is delicate and we should never hurry the process or we chance ruining your sentimental posession". Once again I was reminded of just how special I am at Green Valley Jewelers.

They are rude and rip you off. I recently too my engagment ring there to fix the band. I was promised it back in 7-10 days. it took 16 days also while it was in there care a pronge was broken they fixed it and then wanted to charge me for it. When I pointed out that it was fine when I droped it off and they inspected it. the owners sister accoused me of wanted to get something for free. They are very rude and unperfonsonal.
