Very rude front office staff. Fees are excessive. Treatment plans push test and x-rays. Doctor okay but did not seem

interested in my pet. Gave technical answers that I needed to question meaning of throughout conversation.

Again, front office rude and confrontational.

Best vet clinic ever. I have had many interfaces with the veterinary community over the years, both personally and professionally. Animal Care Center goes to the top of the list for a variety of reasons: probably first and foremost is the intelligent rich dialogue one can have with the veterinarians about your concerns and questions about a treatment. The level of competence, comprehensive knowledge, and skills is top notch. The level of caring of staff is humbling. I live 1.5 hours away, but after meeting the staff at ACC, I drive the distance for any serious procedure. Trust me, it's worth the drive.

Excellent pet care - amazing staff!. I have been to many veterinary facilities with my dogs. Animal Care Center has been a stand out experience for me. I have never met a more compassionate, professional group of veterinarians and staff. The staff especially stands out, from the moment you walk in you are greeted with enthusiasm. My dogs feel like stars! I have never had staff members spend so much time with me, both on the phone and in person. The doctors are not in a hurry - you feel like you are their only client even though the lobby is ALWAYS full!

Animal Care Center provides top knotch proffesional pet care.. The staff and doctors at Animal Care Center of Green Valley have always shown friendly professsional care to me and my pets. I have had nothing but positve, caring experiences with the doctors and staff. They genuinely care about my pets as well as me. They are always happy to see me and know most of my dogs by sight! The doctors take the time to explain every thing they are doing. They take the time to explain complex medical problems in a manner that even I can understand.

The best in town!!!. I read one other review on here and thought it was crazy so had to write one myself. Personally I have never seen so many animals excited to be at a veterinarian in all of my life. When I am waiting in the lobby I see dogs pulling their owners over to get in the door. I think that the animals at Animal Care must be treated very well to feel that way. I know my dog loves going. The staff is very friendly and they are some of the best doctors I have ever met. I know that when I take my dog there he is getting the best care possible as he is worth every penny.

WORST VET EXPERIENCE - THEY HURT DOGS!!!. New to the area, I didn't know that pet owners aren't allowed in the lab area, so I headed back to check on my dogs. I then witnessed two lab technicians pinning one of dogs down on the floor, yelling at him, and smacking him very hard. When I complained about this UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR, the office manager denied it ever happened - she claimed she asked the vet on duty if anyone struck a dog, and of course the answer was "no".

I know what I saw and heard, and UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PET ABUSED, DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO THE ANIMAL CARE CENTER IN GREEN VALLEY!!!
