mobile phones tramp. I am currently writing this review in store.

just a few minutes ago I went into the mobile phones area to ask a simple question about my invisible shield warranty.

And i was greeted by the most snotty customer service rep i have ever encountered.

The bitch kept giving me a look like i was stupid. Kept interrupting me and would even chuckle and roll her eyes while I was CLEARLY explaining why had happened to my shield.

To make things worse she had no name tag so I cannot expose her.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. I recently stopped by the Best Buy store on Broadway in Tucson to purchase a remote control for my TV. I went back to the TV section, couldn't find the remotes and noticed two Best Buy employees standing together talking. I approached them and noticed they were comparing cell phones, contact lists on their phones I think. I started to ask where the remotes were, and one employee held a finger up to me as if to say "just a moment, wait till we're down socializing, them we'll help you if we feel like it". I walked past them, asked a third employee where the remotes were and he grunted and pointed to the remote section. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I should have been assertive and confronted the "finger" dude immediately, but I was quite simply shocked at his rudeness. Next time, if there is a next time after this experience, I will confront any such bad customer service. In fact, I'm going to contact Best Buy right now and complain directly.
