I yelped about it, and now I'm reviewing it here. copy/paste. So, I have now gone to this place twice. I went in on a Friday and it was kinda packed, so I went out to the deck and had a wonderful little blonde waitress in a cowgirl outfit complete with pig tails and cap guns! She looked like a little 1940s pin up girl! So cute. We tried to go to the bar only to have to wait like 15 minutes before we got the bartenders attention! Which we never got. Upside? YES! Little blonde cowgirl jumps down from dancing on the bar (yes the girls dance on the bar! How very Coyote Ugly!) and asks if we are still sitting outside, I say yes, and she promptly takes our drink order, and tells us she'll bring it out, and 2 minutes later, there she is, polka dot cowboy boots and all, with our drinks. The waitresses here are super fast and SO sweet. We bought our drinks from her all night and never had to deal with buying from the bar. Lesson learned. I came this Thursday for the two for one deals which were of course great for us... same waitress, different outfit, same great attitude! Thank you little pigtail girl, we'll see you next Friday!

Rude and insulting staff!. Worst place to visit if in Tucson. Don't waste your time at Maloneys. It will be hard to find a worst tavern in town. (Waitress brought me the wrong drink..so I went to the bar to get the right one. The employee at the bar argued with me about the drink, I had ordered a Cpt. Morgan and coke and they brought me their cheapest house rum. The lady continued arguing with me that what i had on hand was Cpt. morgan and coke. Instead of correcting the problem, that initially was no beig deal, she ruined my good feeling about the place! Too Bad!

Worst Service. I will never set foot in to this dive again. Waited over an hour and food never arrived. Asked twice for updates on the food status. Lazy bartender promised it would be coming soon. The bartender asked to be paided up front for the meal. Never heard of that unless it's McDonalds. We walked across the parking lot to a much better place that had service. We saw several other patrons do the same.

Nice bar, but confused about its identity. It?s a nice place to eat and catch a few drink so long as you show by 8 o'clock. Dim lighting, and music or sports, or classic movie clips fill the air. The Thursday burger special is a great value. Burger and a liter of beer for $5!

Unfortunately, after nine or so the lights go down further, the music is pumped at eardrum popping levels and the bouncers keep the lines long. The problem is it?s not a dance club because it has a microscopic dance floor. It?s too loud and crowded to talk to the person standing next to you. I think the management is confused about what kind of bar it really is. But they pack patrons in like sardines a few nights a week. More power to them!

Extremely Rude Service. My friend and I sat at a booth for 20 minutes while we were clearly ignored by the waitress who continued to serve tables around us. When I asked the bartender to speak to a manager, he said they were all too busy. This was a Friday happy hour and the bar was not busy yet. When I told the bartender what we were unhappy about, he basically shrugged his shoulders. We are two young professional women who will never go to Maloneys again and will tell all of our friends about our experience.

This pub mixes working-class Americana with Hollywood glam to create a warm, Irish-inspired atmosphere.. The Scene
Decorated with antique industrial signs, black-and-white movie stills and portraits of film stars past and present, Maloney's is both Irish-flavored and entirely American. College kids and 30-somethings mill around the huge, pentagon-shaped bar or huddle at pub tables and booths, watching each other or the game on one of 15 televisions, three of which are big screens. Relax on the patio and sip a beverage, or enjoy the game on one of four televisions above the fireplace.

The Draw
The tap selection is vast. Bass, Guinness and Harp rest alongside Fat Tire, Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada. Vodka lovers will want to sample a Stoli Around the World, a house specialty consisting of every Stoli flavor the pub has to offer. Tequila aficionados beware: Maloney's primarily carries only Sauza and Cuervo.
